I rented a car at Hopkins Hertz through my insurance after an accident. The quality of the car was great. My poor experience was I was overcharged on the daily rate I was quoted when I picked my car up and then charged for 12 days when I had it for 7 days. I called Hertz the day I saw I was overcharged and they stated they'd refund my money that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund. Should my refund show up, I'd change my rating. But I for sure will make sure my insurance company that contracts with them is aware of my experience.

Pretty good service. They have been able to drop me off after a rental, which was helpful. I've had some issues getting my gold status recognized, but that may due to my companies reservation system.
