Spoke to several different people to reserve car and no one once said to have the body shop call them when I arrived. So had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled reservation to be picked up in a dirty smelly mini van (I reserved a sedan). When I called to ask for a different car, I was told they didn't have any until late the next day but since I didn't have a good experience, I didn't need to fill up the gas tank when I returned it. Gee thanks considering you gave it to me with only half of a tank. Everyone I spoke to was friendly but I don't think they know how to handle unhappy customers.
Over all made it very difficult... I have rented so many cars in my life with different companies and with enterprise in the past, but this one was OVER the TOP!
Great experience! The day I rented my car, the lady that helped me came over from the Plymouth location to Wayzata location and she was wonderful. Great customer service skill.!!

Let's get real... I didn't came to buy a car or a house, just simple rental for 3 days.
I guess they lost a customer, I canceled the reservation and left.
I reserved a car online. when I came to pickup the car the representative at the store made it very difficult to work with. We gave him our ID and insurance cards, he told us that he need to call the insurance company to verify the insurance. when he made the call he actually ask more information then he said he would, like how old is the insurance, if there any accidents reported on this insurance,... When he was done with the verification, he ask for current employment, time at the current address, and 3 names for references, "in case he can't reach us over the phone" ....
Good service, but the next door body shop exhumes paint fumes into the lobby if you can stand 20 min in that environment it is good, if you are chemically sensitive it is not good.
