Janice was supper helpful and patient as I asked questions. I am thoroughly pleased with her and the storage unit.
I arrived at the facility 20 min before closing and no one was around but there was a grey vehicle there so i waited to see if they would make an appearance. 2 minutes before closing time but no one showed. As i peered into the window hoping to find someone i noticed someones monthly payment check sitting on the desk about a foot from the window. Could have easily had all their banking info in a matter of seconds. Facility looked clean though. Hopefully this isn't a common practice but i think ill keep my banking info to myself on this one.
