Nick from Coty Construction was out this morning to repair our leaking roof. He was so professional and found and repaired the leak right away. We contacted Coty Construction & Remodeling for an estimate on the deck in our backyard. The one we had was 26 years old and was showing its age. Russ Erickson responded to our call and we made an appointment for an estimate. We were very pleased with Russ's comments and help. Russ presented us with an estimate that night. We signed the estimate and the work was done within the time frame promised. The workmen were efficient and hard working. They did a great job on the deck and the cleanup after the work was completed. Before they left, Russ was there to make sure we were satisfied. We have had many compliments on our new deck.
I heard about Coty Construction through WCCO. At that time, I was looking to get some bids on the roof of my house. My mom and I agreed that it might not be a bad idea to also have the attic insulated and more lights put into the garage. Pat and Steve came out to speak with me regarding the project and were very thorough about what the job would entail, what would be done and what the job would cost. Pat and the workers at Coty Construction kept me informed of everything that was going on as the project was unfolding and when they finished I was really thrilled with the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Even my neighbors said how nice the work turned out. I really appreciate the time you folks spent with us explaining how the project would be done, you really sold us your business and I would strongly recommend you to anyone looking to have a roof put on, attic insulated, or other construction needs that may arise that you guys can handle.
