If you're more interested in actually seeing a film than fancy chairs, the availability of adult beverages, and in seat food service, Hopkins Cinema is a great place to see second run movies. The employees are helpful and cheerful. The concessions prices are reasonable. When I took my mom to a movie last weekend, they had added those tiny State Fair donuts to the offerings.
You can't beat this price, which is only slightly more than renting a Netflix.
Surface lot parking is available behind the cinema; ramp parking is available across the street and midway down the adjoining block.
I went to see a movie here with my wife. Tickets were super cheap. The theater, seats, and bathrooms were clean. Polite and helpful service. I'd go back if I'm in the area again. It was easy to find and parking is right in the back lot.
$2.50 for a movie ticket, come on.. that’s a sweet deal and you know. Brings me back to the days of the .99 cent movies at the Boulevard Theater when I was a little kid. Great popcorn and really nice employees too.
I’ve always loved going to this movie theater ever since I was a little kid growing up in Hopkins. The prices are affordable and they always have a good variety of films the whole family and people of different ages can enjoy. Friendly workers, usually a clean environment though I’m not too picky. I know that the content rotation of theater guests creates an unending amount of food debris to be picked up and vacuumed. Love the location being very centrally located and the convenience of visiting the Hopkins Center for the Arts for a play or just to walk and admire the local artists exhibits while I’m there. Very close to delicious restaurants to go to before or after your movie-going experience too such as the Big Ten.

People at the service counters are pleasant and quick. The lobby is clean and there are sitting areas all around. Ticket prices are fenomenal. Love it !!!
