This is the second time we've used Ladibugs (last summer and this summer). Everyone is so professional, kind, and extremely informative. It is so reassuring to know that we are walking out their door lice free. This is the place to go to get it done right!!

Products did not work. Spent lots of money and followed all instructions. Although they are very available and responsive. Wish they had a gaurentee longer than 7-10 days. 30 days like others would be nice!
We found ourselves in a position where we had an urgent need to be seen and treated and while the location had closed for the night, one of the team members (Christina) made it work and met us within an hour of me placing the call. I am so incredibly thankful for her thoughtfulness and particularly for the fact that she never made me feel guilty and was just all around helpful, pleasant, and understanding. This is a situation that every parent dreads, but many of us have to deal with and Ladibugs helps ease the pain and embarrassment of it all.
