It's a big store and one stop to get your electronics. They got some good deals on phones. Staff is friendly. Overall nice experience.
Return process was simple and then when I was looking for assistance with car audio on 2 separate occasions I have received knowledgeable advice. Have had slow service in past but yesterday's visit was fast and efficient. Thanks for the help best buy team!
Not once did they say, "Let me find out for you." Or, worse yet, "Let's look that up, together." Meaning, "I have no idea what you're taking about."
Got the run around buying a non contact phone. Had to wait longer than I should so they could give me some BS sales pitch. When I return the same phone after it stopped working in a week the return was smooth and trouble free. I will come here only in a pinch otherwise I buy online from that river place...
Purchased a HP laptop about 14 months ago. Since day 1 it was not acting normally. After 2 warrantee repairs, the laptop was still not working as it should. Even though the laptop was out of the 1 year warrantee period, the Assistant Manager was very generous and gave a store credit as it was clear the computer was a lemon. Throughout the multiple repairs and conversations to get the laptop working (and then returned), Geek Squad and the assistant manager provided exceptional customer service. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be shopping there again.
Always a great experience! Very knowledgeable employees that answered every single one of my, somewhat, technical questions! I was a little awestruck they even knew what I was talking about, and had the knowledge to answer my questions with excellent expertise!
