Total waste of people time. Apparently Hennepin county would rather have you pick up garbage at STS, then pay them cash for your fines. Have fun sitting their all day for you 3 minutes in front of their old poopy diaper judge. Makes me want to go back to Detroit where the police aren't mobilized IRS agents working for these idiots. Blow me!
Contrary to what is said in other reviews, this government office seems OK enough. I think the library is good. Paid without incident & things were fine enough. Bathrooms work & things are somewhat clean & tidy but are not amazing or anything. Somewhat sensitive staff, sort of hostile I guess. If you give nothing but politeness there is nothing to "hate on," so to speak
51.8 degrees inside waiting area for court. Public officials don't give a rip when I complained of the cold and only day it's always like this! My tax dollars hard at work again NOT!
The staff at the District Court check in are polite and fast. Security are also helpful !!
